Today I solved my previous problem, How did I solve it?? Wasn't too easy but I have a very nice friend who is always with me: cup of coffee :-). I only need many cups of coffee (espresso, american, whatever you like), google and MSDN.  I just can't believe many things, such as: CComSafeArray and COleSafeArray produce different SAFEARRAYs (Ole-one worked), AxfOleInit doesn't work (even if returns TRUE) if you use it within any DLL (for calling other DLL) OleInitialize does the trick, Microsoft's Wizards really suck! Forget them.. do it by yourself.
And yes, Pointer Arithmethic sometimes is hard, but I just love it.

Next step? Better performance.
